Terms and Conditions for Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, accessing, participating in or using any of our Programs, Products and Services.

Terms of Use

Our Programs, Products, and Services (“Containers”) are owned and operated by Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to any purchaser and/or user of any of our Programs, Products and/or Services.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase from Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC.

By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Courses, Trainings, Products, Website or Services ("Material"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as any other terms and conditions that may apply.

All users of our material must be at least 18 years old.

The content in all of our material is the property of Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC and is intended for personal use only. It is not to be duplicated, sold, shared, stolen, modified, copied or repurposed. You understand that doing any of the before-mentioned activities is considered theft and we retain the right to take legal action against you.

If you participate in a live training or if you are in a group video, Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC owns all rights to this material and may use or distribute the content, with discretion, as seen fit.

Any testimonials (written or verbal) posted in an online chat, group comments, social media posts or sent to Kylin O’Brien become the property of Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC.

Screenshots can be used anonymously to promote the container. If you post a testimonial to a container owned by Kylin O’Brien you consent to these terms and the use of your testimonial as Kylin sees fit.

The container structure is subject to change based on the leader’s (Kylin O’Brien’s) discretion.

Request for Permission to Use Content.

Any request for written permission to use our material, should be made prior to using it by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

Community Groups.

The Course or Program may come with a private Online Community. These Terms apply to the Online Group. You also understand that Online Groups run on public platforms and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for things that you share in the group as other members will also see what is posted.

We will not tolerate any kind of inappropriate behavior or messaging, bullying, scam, or hate speech within our communities or DM. If you violate this, we can and will ban you from the community, from any active program containers, and block your profile.

Purchases and Payment Plans.

If paying by debit card, credit card, PayPal or Stripe you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Program, Product or Service without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt for the initial transaction.

If paying on a payment plan, the initial payment myst be made before the beginning of the Container, Mentorship, Event or Program and all payments must be completed before the end of the Container, Mentorship, Event or Program.

In the event that any payment is not received by the date due, the Program, Product or Services will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $100 added to your remaining payment.

Your payment will be charged on a recurring basis on the terms that you have agreed to pay. If your payment fails on the date that it is due, we may attempt to re-process your payment without notice.

In the event that you dispute a charge for a Program, Product or Service your access will be revoked immediately.

If you fail to make your payment for any reason, you have 3 days to correct this or your access to the container will be revoked and you remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Courses, Products, or Services.

All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for our Programs, Products and Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us and our payment processing company.

Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of our Programs, Products and Services Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC has a No Refund Policy. By purchasing any of our offers, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided to you for any reason. Should you decide to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services, you remain responsible for all remaining payments.

**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS WORK. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETION OF ALL PAYMENTS REGARDLESS OF THE UTILIZATION OF THE PROGRAMS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

Termination.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services at any time.

In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.

Waiver and Agreement.

As part of the understandings between Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). and “you” referring to any purchaser and/or user of any of our Programs, Products and/or Services. You agree that the acceptance of our Programs, Products and Services and acceptance of the recommendations of Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC are voluntary, and you may discontinue the use of our Programs, Products and/or Services at any time. You are free to reject any or all of the recommendations Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC Programs, Products and/or Services in whole or in part.

You agree to waive all claims against, and relinquish any right to sue, Kylin O’Brien / Kylinlight Productions INC for any damages which may arise due to use of the Programs, Products and/or Services, unless the Programs, Products and/or Services were performed recklessly or with intent to harm.
